If you don’t have Internet access, you can call us, and we will process your order over the telephone. All we need is your contact information.

We charge $1.95 per lb $5.00 total for pickup and delivery. Please note: Orders left here more than seven (7) days will be charged $5.00 per day.

We provide full service to the Greenwich, Stamford, Port Chester, White Plains and Rye areas.

Absolutely not. All orders are washed and dried separately.

All wash and fold orders picked up will be delivered the same day, unless order is submitted after 10 AM. In addition, if your order falls on a holiday when were closed, it will be delivered the following business day. Holidays The Laundry Room is closed includes: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Once your order has been received, one of our employees will contact you for form of payment. We accept all credit cards and cash.

**Wash and Fold**: Place your laundry in one or more of your bags for pick-up. If you are a first-time user, put your clothes in a large bag such as a plastic trash bag. If you have any clothes which you would like to be treated special, place them in a separate bag with clear instructions of how you would like them washed and dried. You do not need to separate whites from colors, we will do that for you. **Dry Cleaning**: Please place your dry cleaning in a separate bag and leave clear instructions that it is specifically dry cleaning only.

The Laundry Room is happy to use any detergent you like. Send your detergent along with your laundry, and we will return any unused portion back to you. If you prefer us to hold onto your product at our facility, we will be more than happy to. Your name will be placed on your products, and used exclusively on any future orders you have. Please be sure to place your detergent in a separate plastic bag so none will seep onto your clothes. Please DO NOT provide your own bleach, as we can not be held responsible for any damage to your clothing from a leaky bleach bottle.
